Operation Foxtrot 2005
i apologize to you gals, cause i can't do this--atleast not the way we started out. but im committed to getting the results i wanted, so im going to implement my own set of rules.|
Rules for me:
1. Do not exceed 1,000 calories
2. No Smoking or Drinking
3. Required aerobic activity that is equivalent to burning atleast 300 calories
4. Drink 48oz of water every day
5. Weigh myself every Monday morning
probably the way i should've gone into FoxTrot, but better now than not at all.
im just tired of crashing and burning and crashing and burning.
